Remove the wheel, the cotter pin and the castle nut, 22MM

Remove the 2 caliper bolts - 12 MM

Use a gear puller to break the hub/rotor assembly loose

Remove a seal and collar from each side

Tap the lip of the spacer between the bearings with a screwdriver to drive the bearing out
Flip the assembly over and drive the other bearing out

Make sure the hub is sitting on the star bolts & not the rotor to prevent bending


Drive the new bearings in

Tap the new seal into place

Put the collars back into place and slide the hub back onto the spindle

Re-install the caliper and the wheel.  
Torque the castle nut to 38 ft lbs and re-install the cotter pin.
