Remove the airbox
Two 10MM bolts on the corners, eight 8MM bolts attached to the carbs
Remove the plastic trim to get acces to the carbs
Loosen the clamps on the carb boots
Pull the carbs out of the boots. Put a clean rag in the intakes to keep dirt out
Remove the screws that hold the choke assemblies in the carbs
Remove the choke assemblies from the carbs
(Recommended) Replace the factory choke spring with a stiffer spring

Clean the inside of the carb
Install the new spring and lubricate the plunger with a light coat of grease
Re-install the plungers and screw the brackets back into the carbs.
Make sure the boots are tight on the carb bases.
